In Budrus, Qibya and Ni’lin, 320 children participated in the summer clubs across the three villages.
Budrus Summer Club
“The Club of Dreams” for 150 of Budrus’ children focused on imagination, creativity, goal-setting and self-expression, with the participation of doctors, journalists and others across disciplines and professional fields.
Qibya Summer Club
100 of Qibya’ children enjoyed learning about historic, archeological, cultural and nature sites in Qibya. This strengthened their sense of pride and loyalty to their village. The club included arts, recreation and educational tours.
Ni’lin Summer Club
In the village of Ni’lin, 70 children gathered at Al Khawaja Castle, then roamed around the village, visiting different locations and participating in various activities aimed at raising awareness on the importance of preserving archeological places.
