The Youth Empowerment and SME Support Project takes a holistic approach by addressing both employers and prospective employees. It aims to create a mutually beneficial relationship between the development of employee and trainee skills in sectors of demand by Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and the realization of these skills in the workplace, to the advantage of all stakeholders involved in the project. The aim is to integrate youth in the marketplace and empower them to find their passion with a guaranteed career path. The three tracks are Employment Support, Entrepreneurship: Expansion and Entrepreneurship: Start-Ups.
