To support the participants of the Tech for Food: The Digital Skills project was launched in January, beneficiaries of that project with young children were invited to bring them to participate in sessions at Ruwwad Community Center on Fridays when the children didn’t have school. 51 children took part in various activities under the Child Learning Incubator program including storytelling and art sessions and psychosocial support (PSS) sessions originally developed in partnership with Himaya. The basic PSS program teaches children psychosocial support skills for dealing with certain circumstances. The sessions included topics such as Children’s Rights, Respecting Diversity and Personal Hygiene.
