Ana Aqraa initiative supports children six to eight years oldin developing their abilities to read, write and speak in formal Arabic "Fusha". The initiative, which was launched in January and implemented until May 2019, used multi-level resources graded to different levels of difficulty so that children of varying abilities could participate in the same class. Throughout 2019, 38 children took part in activities using a variety of interactive methods, such as learning through storytelling, games, cartoons, flashcards and playdough. Several children were referred to this program by local schools.
