In Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, and Egypt, Ruwwad Al Tanmeya supports 450 new scholars every year through the Youth Education and Empowerment Scholarship Fund. In November 2016, Ruwwad celebrated the graduation of 50 young scholars in Jordan, who successfully completed their education at local universities and vocational colleges. The graduates are from the Mousab Khorma Youth Education and Empowerment Fund in Jabal Al Natheef in Amman, as well as Ruwwad Al Tafileh, and Ruwwad Al Beidha scholarship funds.
These graduates bring the total number of Ruwwad youth scholarships to 946 since the establishment of the organization in 2005.
