The Youth Education and Empowerment Scholarship Fund by Ruwwad Al Tanmeya supports 450 Youth scholars every year in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and Palestine. In return, each scholar is required to contribute 4 hours a week of community service, adding up to 84,600 community service hours per year. In November 2015, Ruwwad Al-Tanmeya in Jordan celebrated the graduation of 52 scholars from the Mousab Khorma Youth Education ∧ Empowerment Fund (MKYEF), the Ruwwad Al-Tafileh Scholarship Fund and the Ruwwad Al-Beida Scholarship Fund.

In Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, and Egypt, Ruwwad Al Tanmeya supports 450 new scholars every year through the Youth Education and Empowerment Scholarship Fund. In November 2016, Ruwwad celebrated the graduation of 50 young scholars in Jordan, who successfully completed their education at local universities and vocational colleges. The graduates are from the Mousab Khorma Youth Education and Empowerment Fund in Jabal Al Natheef in Amman, as well as Ruwwad Al Tafileh, and Ruwwad Al Beidha scholarship funds.
