The Information Technology (IT) department provides technical support for Ruwwad’s programs and projects. In addition, it provides printing and copying services for the local community and the health clinic. The IT labs are open to the community, where visitors are offered research coaching and access to computers for different purposes, mainly research and gaming.
The IT department conducted 69 support sessions for Ruwwad’s team, 19 youth scholars finished the ICDL training and 8 ICDL sessions were conducted for nine community members to tackle IT illiteracy using computers, the internet, Windows and Microsoft Office.
